As YARU Creative I also help small companies with their website. I don’t make websites myself anymore, but rather let the customer buy their favourite theme for WordPress at Themeforest, after which I do the installation of the theme and the initial setup of the website.
In addition I offer to do the photography for their website as well. Especially if it concerns portrait photography, as is the case with this portrait session.
I helped Priscilla, owner of hair studio “Salon Moos” in Culemborg, with her website and fresh new portrait pictures. These were all shot in the living room using a large 2,75m white paper background, my big Nanlite FS300 led with a parabolic softbox as a main light. I used one 60w Bresser led with a softbox to fill in some light on the shady part and used a similar light to brighten the background.
The portrait photos are currently used on the website of Salon Moos, replacing most of the pictures that came with the theme. The remaining pictures will be replaced by a few product photos in Priscilla’s hair studio. These I will make myself as well.
